50 Minute Appointment = $280

Medicare Rebate (Mental Health Care Plan or Eating Disorder Plan) = $137.05: out of pocket cost = $142.50

Clinical Reports

  • 1-2 pages short report - $220 + GST

  • 2-3 pages short report - $295 + GST

  • 3-4 pages standard report - $360 + GST

  • 4-5 pages standard report - $430 + GST

  • 5-6 pages extended - $555 + GST

    Medicare Rebates

    To access Medicare rebates you will need to obtain a referral and a mental health treatment plan from your General Practitioner. This currently allows you to claim a rebate for up to 10 sessions with a psychologist per calendar year. Please note that we will need a copy of this referral to process your rebate with medicare.

    If you are seeking treatment for an Eating Disorder you may be eligible for an Eating Disorder Plan which allows you to claim up to 40 sessions per year. Please consult with your GP if you think this plan may apply to your circumstances.

    Private Health Rebates​

    A substantial proportion of your consultation fee may be reclaimed through private health fund, if you have Extras cover for Psychology. If you would like to know the amount of rebate you are entitled to, you will need to contact your respective health fund. Kindly note that if you will not be able to make a claim through your private health fund if you have already obtained a Medicare rebate for a particular appointment.

    Bulk Billing

    Please note that we are unable to bulk bill our services at the moment.

We understand If you need to change or cancel an appointment, things come up! All we ask is that you please let us know before 10am on the business day before your appointment. Please be aware that for Monday appointments this means letting us know before 10am on the Friday. Remember we can always switch to telehealth if you’re unable to make it into clinic, just contact us to change the appointment. Thanks in advance for your help with this, waitlist for mental health services are long and we want to ensure we are assisting as many people as we can.

If you do not cancel/change your appointment within this time period or fail to attend your appointment, you will incur a $100 (inc. GST) fail to attend fee.
